Let me just tell you, they are just wonderful people and work with such professionalism and being so friendly. The price is fair and they are the great to work with. Here is just my experience, I can’t assure you the same experience that I have had, but it’s great.

I needed to someone who can install my brand new bakflip cover for my new truck, cause I slipped a bolt when I was trying to do it myself. I called them 10am on Friday and asked if I can get my cover installed by them, as I know they are a licensed retailer of such brand. The gentleman said he was busy at the time and five guys are in the shop waiting to get something, but he said if I can get there around 11 then they can definitely help me with it.

Got there at 11, instructed me to pull in my truck, spent 2 mins solve the messed up screw and started installing. While he was installing, a couple of guys from the shop came up and we just chatting cracking jokes, he was explaining the whole installation process in detail to me as he was installing to make sure I know what’s going on.

It’s a aluminum rolling cover so it’s harder to install than a traditional tripfold, but he and his apprentice did the work in 40mins and it was a perfect install that I can’t judge at all.

You know what, this is just a great shop in small town Goleta doing honest business. I love it. And I recommend it.

Randy is a super nice guy. Swapped my handle for a new one in 15 minutes. I was originally going to do it myself but he made it easy and it was affordable.

As of this morning his phone was only working about 50% of the time. It says "This number has been disconnected" but if you keep trying it eventually pushes your call through.

Always helpful. Purchased original shell about 20 years ago and every so often the moving parts have warn out and needed replacement. Service always helpful and reasonably priced.

Super nice couple who run the place. I returned a Penske truck to them. They were heading out and kindly gave me a ride to the airport. They had a nice selection of truck camper shells, lids & covers. I saw a guy come and purchase one and he was in and out promptly. Check them out!

My husband brought in his SUV to have a trailer hitch installed. Randy went above and beyond by getting us a custom trailer hitch which was a perfect fit for his vehicle, and didn't require altering his SUV in any way. He charged us for the original hitch ordered, and clearly expressed appreciation for our business. Two thumbs way up!

So far so good. Randy has an attention to detail with his customers not seen at the other stores in town. Besides the fact that he sells obviously the best products around Snugtop and rackit. He was honest truthful answered the at least a hundred and twenty questions I asked. I know where I'll take my money.

Rented a 16 ft Penske moving truck from this location. Randy was very helpful in getting the online order paperwork processed for me. Picked up the truck, and it was filled with gas and clean. Took care of moving my household items 1 way to Las Vegas. Took advantage of their AAA discount for the rental. Gas mileage not bad and the truck drove easily on the road. Was able to drop the truck off at the storage location where I rented a storage locker at. Saved me driving further north by 40 minutes.

I had a hitch installed on my suv and was very please with the service and outcome of the install. I would highly recommend.

Best place ever and the service was friendly and quick! I was at Uhaul and they pver promised me on installing a hitch and then they said it would be a couple of days till they can install it? OMG it frustrated me. I found this place and installed it in 25 minutes! I cam all the way from Orange ounty and did not want to be stuck there for 2 days! I missed work to help my sister in law move back into orange county. They did all the installation and got me on my way. I then had to go back to uhaul and just say i will NEVER go back to them for anything! Go to Penske or Arrow camper shells. Best service and they are the same cost as Uhaul! They don't give you the run around and also they don't make you wait an ahour in line either! Great job guys!

Randy the owner is a stand up guy. Sold me a Bakflip cover for my truck. Great price and free installation. He went above and beyond and even helped me out with some screws I needed for another part of the truck, free of charge!!! The guy takes care of his customers and he can get you many truck accessories like tow hitches, camper shells and other bolt on stuff. Highly recommended.

We picked up our Penske Rental truck from this location. Honestly, we expected every truck rental agency to be the same as Uhaul (difficult to deal with, unprofessional, old and not maintenanced trucks), but to our delight and relief, we had an amazingly good experience with Penske and Arrow Camper Shells. Our friend who had a recent move from LAX to Goleta, CA highly recommended Penske. Penske customer service (I've spoken with at least 4 reps during our move) and each rep was more than kind, understanding, resourceful and helpful. Pricing is upfront and no surprise hidden costs. Trucks are like new and very well maintenanced. Arrow Camper Shells is a match in terms of service. Very appreciate if this great team!

Randy looks cooky, but is the nicest guy. He knows his stuff and you may walk in and think they he may not, but it is where you need to go.

Arrow Camper shell was able to quickly install Yakima rails, towers and cross bars on my Tundra’s shell. Great service and low prices.
